On August 5, 2024, a tense encounter unfolds in the Oberoi mansion. Malishka sits alone in her room, lost in her thoughts about Rishi’s conversation with Harleen and Ayush. They were discussing the possible return of Lakshmi and Parvati to the mansion.
Rishi enters and finds Malishka in the dark. He asks her why she is sitting in the dark. Malishka makes a remark about the darkness, prompting Rishi to turn on the lights. He demands that she speak clearly about what’s on her mind. Malishka declares that she wants to stay with him, reminding Rishi of her love and how she married him to help him gain custody of Rohan. Rishi expresses his gratitude, but Malishka rejects his thanks, suggesting he should thank Lakshmi instead. She wants his love, but Rishi insists he loves Lakshmi and cannot love her. Malishka, hurt by Rishi’s words, leaves the room.
Anushka approaches Malishka with a warning. She suspects that Lakshmi has been plotting from the beginning. Anushka believes that Lakshmi researched Rohan and manipulated his friendship with Parvati to get closer to Rishi.
