‘Only they can tell the reason for resignation’
When the Vice President’s resignation was sought from Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, he said that ‘only he (Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar) knows what is the reason for the resignation. We cannot say anything about this. Either the government knows about it or they themselves. It is on the government whether they accept their resignation or not.

Congress Lok Sabha MP Gaurav Gogoi has proposed a stay on the issue of investigation of Bihar voter list. Also, Lok Sabha MP Saptagiri Shankar Ulaka has proposed a stay in Odisha to discuss the case of self -immolation of the student.

Business of suspension notice given
Rajya Sabha MP Akhilesh Prasad Singh has also given the business of suspension notice and has demanded a discussion on the Bihar voter list revision issue. AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has also given adjournment notice in Rajya Sabha under Rule 267 and has demanded a discussion on special intensive revision (SIR) of voter lists in Bihar.

Today, Congress MP Manikam Tagore has moved a stay motion and demanded immediate discussion on the Bihar issue. He has described the revision of voter list as a threat to democratic rights.
