The T4F (Show3) called an Extraordinary General Assembly (AGE) to vote for the proposal to group the entire issuance of the Company, in proportion to 10 shares for 1 action, without modification of the value of the share capital.
According to the company, the group aims to frame the quotation of the Company’s common issuance shares equal to or greater than R $ 1.00 per unit, in compliance with article 46 of the B3 SA – Brazil, Bolsa, Balcony (B3) regulation.
The company’s capital will remain in the amount of R $ 243 million, being divided into 6,741,263 common shares.
