On August 15th, the episode of Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyaag Tandav begins with a conversation between Babul and Mumba. Babul, still in his current avatar, expresses his love for Mumba, asking if she would accept his proposal. Mumba, however, avoids giving a direct answer, saying that her parents must be worried about her and suggests they return to the Basti. Babul, understanding her hesitance, agrees.
Back in the Basti, the people are surprised to see the Jyotirlings emerging, with the chant “Hara Hara Mahadev” resonating in the background. One of the men speculates that because Mumba brought one Jyotirling, all the others emerged from the ocean. The question arises about what they should do next. Sardar suggests that they hide the Jyotirlings for the safety of Mumba and the Basti people. However, Sardaran disagrees, asserting that hiding the Jyotirlings is both impossible and wrong. She believes that since the Jyotirlings have come to them, they should be placed in their rightful spots.
Sardaran warns against making decisions based on emotions, questioning what would happen if Jalandhar found out about the Jyotirlings. Despite these concerns, Sardaran remains confident that nothing will go wrong. She then asks the others to bring ashes so they can play Holi, adding that no one will understand their actions. Sardar is shocked by this plan, but Sardaran remains firm, stating that they must be prepared to die for Lord Shiv if necessary. She then rallies everyone by asking them to chant “Har Har Mahadev” if they are ready to make this sacrifice, and the crowd echoes her call.
Jalandhar, hearing these chants, remarks that this is only the first step and vows to stop them from completing their journey.
Meanwhile, the Basti people begin playing Holi using ashes, pouring them onto the Jyotirlings. As Mumba and Babul arrive, Mumba notices the Jyotirlings and asks how they emerged from the ocean. Sardaran, noticing Babul for the first time, inquires about him. Mumba reassures her that she is fine and explains that Babul helped her place the Jyotirling in its spot.
Sardaran then reveals her plan to Mumba, who immediately agrees to help. Mumba joins the others in playing Holi with the ashes, even pouring some on the Jyotirling. Babul, watching Mumba, admires her as the title song plays in the background. He also participates, pouring ashes on the Jyotirling. Mumba then playfully throws ashes at Babul, asking him if he has received his answer. Babul, confused, looks at her, and Mumba teases him for being naive before finally accepting his love proposal. Overjoyed, Babul applies ashes to her face, and she does the same to him, sealing their mutual affection.
As the episode progresses, Sardaran instructs everyone to place the Jyotirlings in their proper places. The crowd chants “Har Har Mahadev” as they carry the Jyotirlings to their destinations. Mumba, carrying one Jyotirling, leaves with Babul.
However, the tension rises as Jalandhar declares his intent to kill anyone who attempts to place the Jyotirlings. In a dramatic turn, Jalandhar multiplies himself, preparing for an imminent confrontation.
The episode ends on this cliffhanger, leaving viewers eager to see how Mumba, Babul, and the Basti people will navigate the looming threat posed by Jalandhar and ensure the safety of the sacred Jyotirlings.
Episode ends.
