India’s role in Global South is important, Africa is our strong partner

The possibility of exporting uranium will also be considered
Rahul Srivastava said that India is very interested in the critical minerals (important minerals) found in Namibia. Apart from this, India is also considering the possibility of exporting uranium from Namibia. Recently, oil and gas reserves have also been found in Namibia, which is another area of attraction for India. Srivastava said that there will also be talks about the defense sector. At the same time, Namibia wants to buy some defense equipment from India and capacity building is considered an important pillar of relations between the two countries.

After the Brazilian tour, PM Modi left for Namibia at around 2.24 pm Indian time. Modi’s arrival in Namibia is also special because after a gap of 27 years, a Prime Minister is traveling. According to reports, they will leave for India after completing their programs in Namibia.
