On August 7, 2024, Karan Luthra faced a challenging day. He started by questioning Shaurya about his friends’ congratulations. Shaurya explained they were happy for him. Karan then reminded Shaurya about the accommodation facility for the company’s CEO. Shaurya, determined to stay with his family, asserted he wouldn’t live in the outhouse. Karan reassured him that he could stay in the Luthra house. The atmosphere turned tense when Karan asked Nidhi if she knew that Preeta’s house had burned down, shocking everyone.

Karan vowed to uncover the culprit behind the fire. He then made a significant announcement: Rajveer would be the new CEO of Luthra Industries, and he would stay in the outhouse. This news enraged Shaurya, who stormed out. Preeta tried to follow, but Nidhi stopped her and followed Shaurya herself.
Shaurya, along with his friends Sandy and Sunny, drove away. Preeta and Nidhi arrived shortly after. Nidhi reminded Preeta that she had warned her to stay away from Shaurya. Preeta defended herself, saying Nidhi misunderstood her intentions. Nidhi accused Preeta of manipulating Karan into changing his decision, thereby ruining Shaurya’s chances. Preeta denied this, insisting she was against the decision as well. Nidhi, unconvinced, blamed Preeta for breaking Karan and Shaurya’s relationship before going inside.
Rajveer confronted Karan, questioning his decision. He pointed out that Shaurya, being Karan’s son, was hurt by the announcement. Karan, however, reminded Rajveer that he was his eldest son and expressed his happiness for both Rajveer and Preeta. Nidhi joined them, demanding an explanation from Karan, who deferred the discussion. As the guests left, Preeta approached Karan, wanting to talk. They went inside, while Nidhi complained to Rakhi about Preeta, claiming Shaurya’s future was jeopardized. Rakhi asked her to stop, but Nidhi persisted and went inside.
Kareena supported Karan’s decision, praising Rajveer’s qualities. Kritika and Dadi agreed, and Rakhi also believed Karan did the right thing. Meanwhile, Sunny tried to stop Shaurya from drinking, but Sandy argued that Shaurya was heartbroken and needed it.
Inside, Preeta confronted Karan, accusing him of making a mistake. She argued that Shaurya was excited and Karan’s last-minute decision embarrassed him. Karan, however, believed Shaurya wasn’t ready for the responsibility. He asked Preeta if she thought Rajveer was unworthy of the CEO position. Preeta acknowledged Rajveer’s talent. Rakhi joined the conversation, siding with Karan’s decision.
The Luthra ladies congratulated Rajveer. Mahesh advised Rajveer to use his power wisely and expressed his trust in him. Rajveer was blessed by Mahesh. Nidhi, still upset, declared that Shaurya was the CEO in her eyes and refused to accept Rajveer’s new role. Karan dismissed her opinion, stating it didn’t matter.
The episode ended with tension still high among the Luthras.
