A dispute escalates near the Düsseldorf main station. Several people go together, a man pulls a knife. The police now call details.
In Friedrichstadt, a dispute between several people escalated late Wednesday evening (March 26th) around 10:50 p.m. As the police confirmed in the morning on request from T-Online, six participants were injured in the dispute. The public prosecutor and a police homicide now investigate because of an attempted homicide, according to a joint message at noon.
The incident occurred on the corner of Hüttenstraße and Scheurenstrasse. A 40-year-old man was so seriously injured by several knife stings that there was danger to life. The alleged attacker, a 48-year-old, was found by the police near the scene and temporarily arrested. The police are currently assuming an escalated dispute in the private environment. Four other men who interfered in the action suffered mild injuries.
At the time of the crime, the police and emergency services were called for the dispute. More than a dozen patrol cars moved out. The victim, several participants and the suspect was transported to hospitals. The crime scene was cordoned off. The investigation of the murder commission has been running since night.
