How to create Sitabhog?

Sitabhog is eaten not only in West Bengal but also in different states of India with great fervor. Let us know about how to make this dessert at home. For your information, let us know that to make Sitabhog, you will need 100 grams of cheese, one spoon rice flour, ghee, two cups of sugar, two spoon milk and two cardamom. It may take you 40 minutes to make this dessert.

First step- To make Sitabhog, take out cheese and rice flour in a bowl. After this you have to mix both these things well.

Second step- Now you have to add milk to this bowl, mix all things well. After this, remove this mixture in a plate and divide it into two parts.

Third step- To make Sitabhog, make small Gulab Jamun tablets and then fry them in a pan.

Fourth step- After this, make sugar syrup with the help of two cups of sugar and one cup of water. To increase the syrup test, you can also add cardamom powder to it.

Fifth step- Put all small gulab jamuns in sugar syrup. You have to leave them in sugar syrup for about 10 minutes.

Sixth step- After this, put a little ghee or oil in the pan and heat it. Now put a sieve in oil and fry the grated chena lightly in it.

Seventh step- The chenna has to be taken out of the pan immediately. Put the roasted chenna in the sugar syrup for about a minute.

Eighth step- After filtering the chena, take it out in a plate. You can serve Sitabhog with Nikuti.
