For around 500 euros you will currently get a Saisond time card for FC St. Pauli, a short vacation in Mallorca – or a kitchen machine series 6 Mums6ZS13D from Bosch. With this price, the device of the German technology group moves on the market in a solid midfield. Still a pole money, and so computer picture wants to know: is it worth it?
This is how computer image image kitchen machines without cooking function tests
All kitchen machines were subjected to a fair, identical practice test. First, a cup was opened whipped cream, after which each device had to prepare a pizza dough. Finally, a cake dough was on the program. In order to increase the level of difficulty, a somewhat heavier Rüblite dough had to be processed that added nuts, seeds and grated carrots. Subsequently, preparation, texture and taste of the results were assessed. You can find the exact recipes among the FAQs.
Equipment & function
A good food processor must primarily stir competently. They should offer different stages and possibly programs that fit the ingredients. Splash protection is a nice extra that ideally included. If it is not, there was a deduction in the grading. Incidentally, even if preset functions did not do what they should or the cable was too short.
Operation & cleaning
The processing and material of the models were examined, as did the operation. How understandable are the devices in use? Are you designed to be user -friendly? And are the price differences justified or just eyewash? We also tested the cleaning of the devices and looked whether containers and accessories such as stirring attachments are suitable for the dishwasher.
Technology & security
Security is going on! Therefore, the testers always checked whether the devices only go into operation with a snapped container. And in which volume you work. Specifically, this means that you measured the mixer noise level from a distance of 30 centimeters. In addition, the electricity consumption was checked after two minutes.

The infinite story: the instructions for use of the series 6 could well tolerate a little pep and color.

If the reading glasses are discontinued and theoretical knowledge of series 6 is incorporated, the integrated scale is initially positive. This is attached over the mixing bowl, and so separately from the stirring process ingredients can be weighed and added exactly. A second scale is in the lower part, which can also determine the weight of flour, sugar & Co. in the bowl. The installed splash protection including the ingredient hatch, because it sits firmly anchored on the upper mixing engine and is still easy to lose weight. However, there is a small gap between the stirring arm and splash protection; And here, chopped nuts or apple grated can get lost as you admit it via Luke. But is half as bad as the troublemaker can be removed.

Thanks to preset automatic programs and integrated scales, the operation of Bosch’s food processor is very pleasant.

With the help of a cog, seven speed levels can be set in series 6. How long it should knead or beat can be determined with a timer. The machine also has seven sensor -controlled automatic programs. In addition to egg whites and cream (fresh, vegan and lactose-free), Sauer, Mürbe, noodle, strudel, stirring and yeast dough can also be prepared automatically. For the latter, rest periods are even preset. With the automatic programs, however, all ingredients have to end up in the bowl at the beginning and cannot be replaced afterwards. Another shortcoming: The display is fairly small and looks a bit pixelated.

Keep Rollin! Thanks to the 3D planetary agitator, whisk and kneading hooks move in three directions at the same time.

With the practical test, we had the experience: With the help of the automatic program, the whipped cream is finished after just 1:40 minutes and really great. The stirring program also did a good job. With the automatic program for the pizza dough, the machine then faltered slightly. She first kneads the dough 6:45 minutes and then pauses for 15 minutes to let the dough go. This is practical, but came unexpected when testing. Then it goes on again for around a minute until the dough is finished – and presents its wonderfully elastic shape. This should also be due to the 3-D-Planetary agitator, which ensures that the tool moves in three directions at the same time. After work, we wanted to send series 6 to the end of the day. And stated that the device does not have a simple switch. Instead, users have to enter the rest or stand-by times beforehand so that the Bosch machine goes into sleep mode. This should not like every saving scarf, otherwise you can only pull the plug.

Bosch kitchen machine series 6: Test conclusion
The Bosch kitchen machine series 6 is a great all-rounder and impresses with unpretentious, practical design. All orders (open, stir, knead) she masters with flying colors and convinces with many automatic programs. The two integrated scales and the food processor are also great. Only the display exudes a few old school vibes: it could be larger both to the extent and the resolution.
