First step- To make breakfast from bread and gram flour, take slices of bread and cut them into favorite shape. If you want to make big, keep the bread whole.
Second step- Now, make gram flour solution for pakoras and bread pakoras, make the same gram flour solution. Mix finely chopped coriander, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped onion, salt and little chaat masala in this solution.
Third step- Now heat the griddle and apply light oil on it. Dip the pieces of bread from both sides in gram flour solution and keep them on the pan. Make the flame of gas medium. You can place 1 large bread or small pieces of 3-4 breeds on a pan at a time.
Fourth step- When the bread is roasted from one side, turn over and bake it from the other side as well. Similarly, bake all the bread until it becomes light crispy. Eat them with sauce or green chutney. Serve breakfast made of hot bread and gram flour by adding some chaat masala on top.
