Accused gets bail
In Noida, the accused driver Deepak, who offered a red colored Lamborghini car on workers, got bail. Surajpur court has granted bail to the accused. On Sunday, the accused Deepak had climbed a high speed car laborers near Sector 94 goal of Noida Sector-126 police station area. Two laborers were seriously injured in this accident. The accused driver was arrested soon after the accident.
The accused had bailable sections
On Monday, the accused car driver also got bail within 24 hours. Deepak’s lawyer Mayank Pachauri said that all the bailable sections were engaged. The bail application was filed in the court and the court has approved the bail. However, the police appealed to the court to take remand.

Along with this, Deepak’s counsel said that the speed of the car was 30 to 35 per kilometer at the time of the incident. The accident took place during the test drive.
