The yellow hair case continues to sink. The Berlin State Association has demands on the party leadership – and becomes clear.
The Berlin Greens have asked the federal board to deal with the affair around the Bundestag member Stefan Gelbhaar quickly and transparently. In the “Tagesspiegel”, the Landespitze criticizes the commission appointed by the Federal Executive Board – it has so far not operated a serious information.
The state chairman Nina Stahr and Philmon Ghirmai told the newspaper that the party must ensure that incoming information was taken seriously and completely processed. If the commission is not able to do this, the Federal Executive Board must “clarify quickly in what way this will take place instead and reports will be processed”.
The background is the affair for allegations of sexual attacks against yellow hair, which initially resulted in the waiver of a candidacy. In the meantime, a local politician of the Greens from Berlin is considered the author of the most serious allegations – the woman had not only invented the allegations, but also an alleged victim. Among other things, it is said to have fake an affidavit. The case had caused considerable unrest.
In the “mirror” the party leaders Franziska Brantner and Felix Banaszak had admitted that the commission did not pursue the goal of clarifying the case. The two said that it was not the task of the Commission to “judge truth and falsehood or to decide on consequences instead of the responsible party bodies”. The Commission only serves to give those affected the opportunity to “describe their own experience and present observations”.
In January, Vice Chancellor Robert Habeck announced a ruthless and rapid processing. The party leadership then ended the original ombuds’ process and used a new commission – but their work has so far not been beyond offering discussions.
In the Berlin State Association and in the Pankow district association concerned, resentment is growing over the lack of progress. The circle continues to look for the situation with the situation around yellow -haired. Seven women had maintained their allegations against him, although, according to the party information, it was not about criminally relevant acts, but about cross -border behavior.
