In relation to the incident, the injured Mrityunjay Kumar said that the accused youth Rajiv Sonar has a shop of jewelers. The accused youth used the word caste indicator to Rajiv Sonar Nilesh, after which Nilesh also used the word caste indicator on Rajiv Sonar. There was a fight between Rajiv and Nilesh about this. Seeing the fight between the two, Rajiv’s father Panchu Sonar slapped Nilesh three to four slaps instead of calming the quarrel. During this, he started warning Nilesh not to come to the market. He said that if I see you in the market, then I will beat you. Nilesh came to the market late Saturday evening after the fight was calm. His friend Mrityunjay was also fixing mobile in the market. Seeing Nilesh in the market, Rajiv Sonar grabbed him and started beating him. Seeing Nilesh killing Nilesh in the market, the local people and his friend Mrityunjay Kumar pacified the quarrel.
