New Delhi: The police has taken a big action in the case of violence in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. The police have given notice for questioning the accused Sambhal MP Ziaurrahman Burke. On Tuesday night, the team of Sambhal Police and Delhi Police reached the guest house and gave notice to Ziaurrahman Burke. Burke has been called for questioning on 8 April. Let us know that in the matter of construction at home, Sambhal MP has been called with home maps and necessary documents on April 5 for the 15th time. In the case of Sambhal violence, an FIR has been lodged against Burke but he has not appeared before the SIT yet.
Burkes are in Delhi due to Parliament session
Ziaurrahman, who is still surviving the investigation, will now appear before the SIT on 8 April and will join the investigation. On Tuesday night, a team of Sambhal Police and Delhi Police arrived in room number 39 of Western Court Guest House. Please tell that Burkes are living here due to the running of Parliament session. The SIT team handed over the notice to Ziaurrahman Burke here. Police has given this notice to MP Ziaurrahman Burke under Section 35/3 of BNS. The police want to interrogate Burke regarding the violence, and this notice was given to them under Section 41.
High court has banned arrest
Sadar Zafar Ali has also been arrested for inciting violence in Sambhal. The police also suspect the role of Burke. The riots on November 24 are the accused named Burke. Now on April 5, he has been called for the 15th time so that he can submit the map and the rest of the details in time, but so far no response has come from Burke. The construction of Burke in the house is 1.5 to 2 years old. It is being told that the new construction has been done without passing the map.
81 arrested so far in Sambhal violence case
The police have so far arrested 81 people in the Sambhal violence case. The scope of police investigation in this case is being increased further. If during the investigation, the police find evidence of the role of Burke in the riots, the MP’s difficulties are sure to increase.
