He is sitting in the new Bundestag for the AfD. Before the step into politics, Tobias Ebenberger tried to make a career elsewhere.
Tobias Ebenberger competed for the AfD as a candidate in the Rhein-Sieg district, now he is a member of the Bundestag. On Instagram, he shows himself in a shirt and jacket to stripped ties alongside slogans that make the mood against “woken” and diversity. He also celebrates his election triumph with a smile. A few years ago he was seen in various RTL formats.
From 2015 to 2018, the Gütersloher was “independent as an actor and content creator”, according to the 34-year-old on the Bundestag homepage. There is no more detailed information.
But Ebenberger, who was trained at the international academy for film spectacle in Cologne, was not only in front of the camera as an actor. In 2014 he tried his luck in the eleventh season of “Deutschland sucht den Superstar”. At the time, he introduced himself to his parrot Kito at the casting. He also brought his grandmother to the RTL-front singing.
Ebenberger, at that time at the Bundeswehr, presented the song “Shake It Out” by Florence + The Machine in front of the jury around Dieter Bohlen, Marianne Rosenberg, Kay One and Mieze Katz. For his performance, he handed over his yellow breastara to Mieze Katz, who wore him on his shoulder – and then had bird droppings on his back.
At the time, Ebenberger announced that you will not count on this vocals. “My voice is different when I speak as if I perform Florence + The Machine.” Mieze Katz then said: “The expectations are increasing into immeasurable.” As an Ebenberger full of fervor, his parrot repeatedly screamed in between. He fell through the jury. “Your voice is super special, I think. You always look for special. But it’s too special for me. Thank you,” said Dieter Bohlen as a farewell.
After his bankruptcy at DSDS, Ebenberger appeared a week later in the RTL dating show “Take Me Out”. Later he was able to take over some roles. So he was seen in the Sat.1 series “in danger” as a criminal commissioner Konstantin Gerber in 2015, in 2016/2017 he also participated in the ZDF series “Wilsberg” and “Heldt”. Also during this time he played a villain in the RTL series “Alarm for Cobra 11”. In 2018 he was seen for some episodes in the “Unter Uns” series. In the same year he joined the AfD.
