The policeman stated that Lehmann had photographed him before his testimony in the court and asked him if he had children-and asked the judge to ask the 55-year-old to delete the photos. Because he stated that he had already done this, the public prosecutor’s office refrained from asking for Lehmann to publish his cell phone.
