Samsung is in mourning. His vice-president Jong-Hee Han was the victim this weekend of a heart accident, because of which he finally died today, despite care administered within the Samsung Medical Center in Seoul. Han Jong-Hee died at the age of 63.
He had spent his entire career in the South Korean group, for which he worked for 37 years. Having followed engineering studies, he joined the Samsung Visual Display Display division after the university, in charge of making screens. Graving all the levels, he ended in 2017 by becoming the boss of this division, which ensured the hegemony of Samsung in the field of televisions. He was promoted vice-president in 2021.
