How will biometric updates be done through schools?

UIDAI is going to start a new project, under which biometric updates of children will be done through schools. This process will be done with the consent of the parents so that children can get this service easily in school itself. Under this, biometric machines will be sent to each district, which will go from one school to another, so that more and more children can reach this facility. Currently, this technique is being tested and the scheme will be implemented in a phased manner in the next 45 to 60 days.
