Bihar Road Accident: A bike rider died in a road accident in Lakhisarai district late on Monday night. The bike and truck collided face to face. The incident took place near B.Ed. College Mor on Bypass Road. The bike driver died on the spot. While another person riding on the bike was seriously injured.
The young man was going with his friend
The accident took place at around 10:45 pm, when Vikas Kumar, son of Motilal, a resident of Bakhtiyarpur Naya Tola Samina village in Patna district, was going towards Ashok Dham on a bike with his partner Satish Kumar. Meanwhile, a high speed truck coming from the front near B.Ed. College Mor hit his bike strongly. The collision was so strong that Vikas died on the spot.

A young man seriously injured, PMCH referred
Satish Kumar, sitting behind on the bike, was badly injured in this accident. He was immediately rushed to Lakhisarai Sadar Hospital with the help of local people, where after initial treatment, doctors referred PMCH Patna in view of his serious condition.
Both students, Lakhisarai came to study
Both the deceased Vikas and the injured Satish were students and were coming to Lakhisarai from Bakhtiyarpur in connection with their studies. As soon as the information of this accident is received, his family is in shock. A post -mortem was done in the presence of police on Tuesday morning. The body was handed over to the family.
Police searching for truck driver
Lakhisarai Police Station Sunil Kumar Sahni said that the police had reached the spot as soon as the incident was received. The truck and its driver are currently being searched. Further action is being taken in the case.
