During Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to America in February 2025, the two countries announced the introduction of bilateral trade agreement. Goyal has cleaned, the country’s interest is first in any deal

Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal had said on July 4 that India would not bind within the purview of the deadline. He will accept any trade agreement only when it is final, all the conclusions are excluded properly and the agreement is in the interest of the country. Free trade agreement is possible only when it is beneficial for both sides. Country interest is the first for us. If there is an agreement with this in mind, then India is always ready to compromise with developed countries.

India has not yet opened agricultural sector for any country
