The BJP launched a new initiative to win the trust of Muslims. Eid is coming after Ramadan. Iftar parties are going on everywhere. The BJP has started a campaign to deliver gifts of food items of poor Muslims. This campaign is named, Saugat-e-Modi. BJP minority front workers will deliver 32 lakh poor Muslim families across the country through 32 thousand mosques on the occasion of Eid. It started in Delhi and Navi Mumbai on Tuesday. The Saugat-e-Modi kit has a suit cloth for women and kurta pajamas for men from sevaiyan, dates, nuts, sugar, gram flour and ghee. Since the beneficiaries of this scheme of BJP are Muslims, the opposing parties did not like this initiative. The Shiv Sena of Congress, Samajwadi Party, RJD, Trinamool Congress and Uddhav Thackeray connected it to Bihar elections. Sajid Rashidi, president of All India Imam Association, said that the familiarity that BJP is showing towards Muslims will also change the mind of Muslims. All India Shia Personal Law Board General Secretary Maulana Yasub Abbas said that the gap of the BJP will disappear from the BJP’s love, which is born out of some people’s rhetoric.

Judge Cash: Should NJAC be noticed again?
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court immediately refused to hear the application filed by a lawyer in the case of cash from Justice Yashwant Verma’s house. The date of hearing will later be free. Meanwhile, a team of three judges has started their investigation. The three judges in the investigation team arrived to see the store room at the house of Justice Verma, where there was a fire in the sacks filled with currency notes. The three judges will now check the phone call details of the people associated with this case. On the other hand, all the lawyers have gone on an indefinite strike on the call of Allahabad High Court Bar Association. About ten to fifteen thousand cases are heard daily in 88 benches of the High Court. The Bar Association has announced that the case of Justice Verma should not be taken as the only case, this case is an example of mite in the judicial system. Therefore, now the fight is to repair the system. Not only Parliament, but all the country is being worried about the case of Justice Yashwant Verma. Especially people associated with the judiciary are more upset.
Law experts say that there will be a lot in the case of Justice Verma in the current system, there is no scope for it. Retired judges are of the opinion that Parliament will have to play an active role in this matter. Retired judge of Delhi High Court S.N. Dhingra said on the India TV show that the National Judicial Accountant Commission Act should be considered again. This law was canceled by the Supreme Court in 2015. Law experts say that FIR cannot be done before the Supreme Court investigation against Justice Verma. Retired Justice Dhingra said that the current system in the case of judges is that the Supreme Court’s inquiry committee will submit its report to the Supreme Court. After this, FIR can be done in the case of Justice Verma only on the order of the Supreme Court. It has come to light that if a cash is caught from a judge’s house, if there is a serious case of corruption on a judge, then there is no clarity about how it will be investigated, who will do it. The judiciary does not want to give this inquiry to the police or CBI and the judiciary has no investigative agency. Secondly, no matter how serious the case against a judge is, the Supreme Court has no other option but to transfer it. When the NJAC bill came in Parliament, it was only in the discussion about the appointment of judges. Then the Supreme Court rejected this law itself. But whether the answers were arising in this bill today or not, there was never talk about it. Now Parliament will have to consider once again, pass the law, but it would be better if the opinion of old judges of the Supreme Court is taken while making this law. Many retired judges of the Supreme Court believe that NJAC was a good law. Instead of rejecting the Supreme Court, the two-four flaws in it should have been removed. But it has passed, so the matter went. Now this matter should be renewed.
Congress in Bihar: Metains to get more seats?
Leaders of political parties in Bihar are attending Iftar parties daily. But NDA leader is making the absence of Congress leaders from Lalu Yadav’s party a matter of issue. Lalu Yadav gave an iftar party in Patna on Monday. People from Muslim organizations arrived in it, RJD and Left leaders were also present, but only one MLA from 19 Congress MLAs arrived. In fact, in Delhi, Rahul Gandhi called a meeting with the leaders of Bihar Congress. In this, apart from party president Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Bihar Congress President Rajesh Kumar, Bihar Congress in -charge Krishna Allavaru, Congress MP and MLA were present. In the meeting, Rahul Gandhi told the leaders of Bihar that the Congress will contest the assembly elections with RJD, but as far as the seats are concerned, the Congress will try to get more and more seats in Mahagathambdhan. In fact, Rahul Gandhi wants to free the Congress in Bihar from the shadow of RJD. But Congress leaders also know that the condition of the Congress in Bihar is not such that they can contest elections on their own.
