On Friday, Estonia stopped a ship from the so -called Russian shadow fleet in a maritime operation. As the Estonian newspaper “Postimees” reported, the tanker “Kiwala” was set on Saturday morning in the Muuga bay near the island of Aegna. The ship drove through Estonian waters on the way to the Russian port of Ust-Luga.

According to naval commandant Ivo Värk, the authorities checked documents and legal status of the “Kiwala”. The crew later presented a flag certificate for Djibouti – the responsible authority denied that the ship is registered there. At the time of the inspection, it did not lead to a national flag – a clear violation of cinema law.

According to the police and border protection authority, the tanker is sanctioned by the EU and several western countries. 24 people from third countries were on board, including a Chinese captain and presumably occupation members from Mauritania. The “Kiwala” belongs to a company based in Mauritius. The determination was made shortly after the entry into force of a law that Estonia Marine allowed the use of violence against threats at sea. According to the authorities, the background is increasing sabotage files in the region that are attributed to Russian secret services.

Witkoff brought a message to Trump, who listened to Putin, Peskow said. The conversations on the various aspects of a solution to the conflict around Ukraine continued.
