On August 1, 2024, the episode of “Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya Shiv Shakti” opened with Shakti feeding Karthik while wearing gloves. She advised Sundari to wear gloves too if she wanted to feed Karthik, and Sundari complied. Meanwhile, Padma, dressed in a disposable hazmat suit, insisted that Shakti get a mask, gloves, and other protective gear for Karthik. Shakti rebuked Padma for her comments, worried they would hurt Karthik.

Mohini made an entrance, ready for Guru Purnima. Padma admired her appearance, and Sundari, frightened by a lizard, alerted Padma and Shakti. Mohini offered to handle the lizard and secretly ate it while everyone was distracted, later pretending to have chased it away.
Bhagwati asked Shakti about Shiv, who hadn’t woken up yet. Shiv, reflecting on his son Karthik, received praise from Shakti for sharing the responsibility of protecting Karthik. As they hugged, it was revealed that Mohini, disguised as Shakti, embraced Shiv.
Real Shakti entered Shiv’s room soon after, and Shiv, confused, questioned her presence as he believed he had just hugged her. Shakti suggested he might have been dreaming. However, Shiv insisted he wasn’t joking and mentioned a snake he saw. They found snake skin in the room, confirming Shiv’s account, and left to join Bhagwati for the Pooja.
Mohini then met Beera, who questioned her actions. Mohini, confident, said fear could drive people to do many things and assured Beera that Shakti would eventually give her anklets willingly.
During the Pooja, a servant brought sticks, which Shiv had requested. When questioned by the Kashyap family, Shiv explained they would use the sticks to combat the problems in their house. The Pooja proceeded, and Mohini performed a dance with Diyas in her hands.
The episode ended on this note, leaving the audience on edge with Mohini’s ongoing deception and the looming threats to Karthik and the family.
