PUBG Mobile has announced an exciting new collaboration with the popular anime series Dragon Ball Super, featuring the ultimate Potara fusion character, Vegito. This collaboration introduces a unique Prize Path event where players can level up, collect points, and unlock various Dragon Ball Super rewards, including the Vegito character set.

From July 13 to September 4, 2024, players will be immersed in two groundbreaking Dragon Ball Super-themed game modes. The first mode integrates elements from the anime with classic PUBG Mobile battle royale gameplay. Players can collect the seven Dragon Balls to summon Shenron and make a wish for powerful buffs. Iconic locations from Dragon Ball Super, such as Dragon Ball Village, Tenkaichi Budokai, Kame House, and Karin Tower, have been added to PUBG Mobile maps like Erangel, Livik, and Sanhok. Players can navigate these areas using the new Hoipoi Capsule, transforming it into the three-seater Air Car from the anime.

A new Ki mechanic will also be introduced, allowing players to gather Ki to enhance their mobility, fly, and use powerful attacks like Goku’s Kamehameha. Senzu Beans will be scattered across the map, providing regeneration of Ki and health. The second game mode, available from July 15 to September 4, transforms the game’s battlegrounds into the world of Dragon Ball Super, complete with the anime’s art style. Players can battle as Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, Piccolo, or Ultimate Gohan, using superhuman abilities and martial arts instead of traditional weapons.
In addition to these features, a hidden Dragon Ball Trial will be added, where players must secure the seven Dragon Balls and defend the Shenron Summoning Altar to achieve victory. PUBG Mobile also teased additional content coming on August 11, ensuring continuous excitement for players.
This collaboration is part of PUBG Mobile’s version 2.7 update, which includes several gameplay enhancements. Improvements to the World of Wonder creative mode, the introduction of the new assault rifle ACE32, and updates to Cycle 5 Season 13 with new content and rewards are also part of this update.
