Here’s what happened in simple words:
While the game’s team was working on the servers, they accidentally removed the Utility Belts for some players. This was supposed to happen in a future update (#28.2), but it happened early for some players.
The good news is that the game’s team has given those players the compensation they were supposed to get in the future update. This compensation is for the inconvenience caused by the early removal of the Utility Belts.
For players who still have their Utility Belts and haven’t received any compensation, don’t worry. The game’s team will remove the Utility Belts and give compensation when the future update (#28.2) happens. This update is scheduled for March 21st, 2024.
The game’s team is currently looking into this issue. If there are any changes to the compensation, they will let the players know through a separate notice.
PUBG: Battlegrounds has apologized for this issue. They have asked players with any other questions to contact their customer support.
