Paris Saint-Germain secured the French championship with a lack of victory against a promoted team. But the team has even higher goals.
Paris Saint-Germain secured the 13th championship title in club history on the 28th matchday of Ligue 1 prematurely. The team of coach Luis Enrique prevailed 1-0 (0-0) against promoted Angers SCO. Since PSG can no longer be displaced from the top of the table, the title win is certain – six game days before the end of the season.
The series master dominated the game against the defensive team from Angers from Angers over long distances, but rarely came to clear degrees. Desiré Doué scored the decisive goal in the 55th minute.
PSG does not have a lot of time to enjoy this success.
