On 4th August 2024, the episode of “Parineetii” unfolds with a scene where the receptionist informs Sanju that Parineet has come to meet him. She apologizes for being late, blaming the traffic. Sanju inquires if she has something to tell him. Parineet, feeling weary of lies, says they can conquer everything together. She is struggling to tell the truth, but Sanju insists she should. He believes she will feel better and he will be free from guilt.
Meanwhile, Neeti learns from the receptionist that Parineet and Sanju are in a meeting. She arrived just a few minutes before. Neeti gets furious. Gurinder and Daljeet also arrive. Sanju urges Parineet to speak the truth. Parineet confesses she wants to stop and return to Australia. She is tired of this mess. She fears her mother’s efforts will be wasted if she makes a mistake. When she attempted to escape, her mother reminded her of her responsibilities.
Parineet recalls how Ambika had reminded her of the truth. Ambika questioned her about Sanju, revealing he married her for her land, loved her friend, and made her a second wife. He even married her again when she was pregnant. Ambika says Neeti tried hard to prove Parineet’s identity. Sanju is doing it in his way, out of love. Ambika advises Parineet to announce her identity to everyone, making them afraid to face her. They will confess the truth one by one. It is time for Parineet to show them their place.
Parineet agrees and tells Sanju what she means. Neeti interrupts, asking Parineet what she is saying. Parineet dismisses her, saying it’s pointless to explain. She asks Sanju to meet her in the conference room. Sanju wonders what Neeti is doing there. Neeti suspects something is brewing in Parineet’s mind.
Meanwhile, Megha invites Parineet to her wedding, explaining she met her groom through a matrimonial site. She plans to go abroad after the wedding. Parineet advises Megha to check his background. Megha assures her that her parents have done so, and Parineet prays for her.
Sanju stops Parineet, asking her to stop calling herself Parineet. She complains she came for the project, not for his blabbering. She steps into the lift, and Sanju follows her. They fail to notice that the lift is out of order. Parineet doesn’t want to be in the lift with him. Sanju questions how many times she will escape from him, accusing her of mental torture. She retorts that he pretends to care but only gets close when Neeti is not around.
Sanju demands she look into his eyes and speak. She says she has no interest in talking to him. The manager notices someone using the out-of-order lift and scolds the receptionist. Inside the lift, Sanju and Parineet argue. Sanju claims something happens to her when he is close. She feels jealous seeing him with Neeti. Daljeet tells Gurinder that Neeti is angry and taking it out on them. Neeti demands Gurinder stop calling her a daughter and treat her as a daughter-in-law. Gurinder asks her to stop showing anger at them. Daljeet stirs Neeti against Sanju. Neeti admits she is mad at Parineet for challenging her. She suspects something is up with Parineet.
Sanju and Parineet realize they are stuck in the out-of-order lift.
