These days raw mangoes are getting in the market. As soon as summer comes, Amiya starts appearing at the vegetable shop. People use raw mangoes in many ways. The raw mangoes lying in bitter gourd and lady finger increase the taste of food manifold. But today we are telling you how to make raw mango sour sweet sauce. Most people eat mango sour chutney, but once you try this sour sweet chutney, you will make it again and again. How to make raw mango chutney, note recipe
First step- To make raw mango chutney, you have to take 1 medium size mango. Wash and peel the mangoes. Now cut the kernels and remove the Amiya into small pieces. By the way, raw mango chutney looks more tasty on the silbatta. But people in cities also grind it in a grinder and eat it.
Second step- Now add pieces of raw mango to the mixer jar. Add salt, crushed or whole dry red chili to it. Add 2-3 leaves of mint to it. This will further increase the taste of the sauce. Put about 2 teaspoons of fennel in the chutney and stir all the things in a grinder once.
Third step- When it is ground, open the jar of the grinder and add jaggery to it. You can keep jaggery according to your taste. If you want to eat more sour chutney then keep jaggery low. If you want to eat sweet chutney, then increase the amount of jaggery. Take care not to pour water in the sauce. After adding jaggery, chutney and all the things release water. If you want, you can add 2-4 drops of water.
Fourth step- Grind the chutney very finely. Raw mango sour sweet chutney is ready. You can store this raw mango chutney in the fridge for weeks. Amiya’s sour sweet chutney will awaken all your tests. If you eat it with bread and paratha, you will forget to eat vegetables.
