New allegation against Marius – time shocked

The scandal about the son of Norway’s crown princess Mette-Marit is expanding. Now a fifth suspected victim accusations against Marius Borg Høiby.
For months, a scandal has been overshadowing the otherwise so salvation world of the Norwegian royal family: there are serious allegations in the room against Marius Borg Høiby. He is the eldest son of Crown Princess Mette-Marit, who comes from a relationship before her marriage to Crown Prince Haakon. At the end of August, the 28-year-old was arrested for assault and property damage. He confessed that his girlfriend at the time “under the influence of alcohol and cocaine” physically attacked and destroyed things in her apartment.
Since then, other women Marius Borg Høiby accused domestic violence, plus alleged sexual offenses that the Norwegian denies. In the meantime, he was in custody for a week and is said to have been treated according to his lawyer. According to Norwegian media, however, he quickly left a clinic.
So far, all allegations against him are accusations, he has not been charged with any of the points. However, the police investigation continues and bring more and more details to light. Now another woman claims to have been abused by Marius – and the time shocked.
As the Norwegian newspaper “Aftenposten” reports, the attack is said to have occurred three months after the arrest of the 28-year-old, i.e. in November 2024, in a hotel in Oslo. Marius had sexually forced the woman, it was a so -called “rape without sexual intercourse”. The alleged victim’s lawyer confirmed the information to the newspaper without further comment.
Marius comes from Mette-Marit’s relationship with Morten Borg, but grew up in the palace with his half-siblings, Princess Ingrid Alexandra and Prince Sverre Magnus. With the wedding of his mother, the then four -year -old was admitted to the royal family as a new member, but Crown Prince Haakon never adopted Marius. He therefore does not have a title and is not officially a royal.
