Gayatri Punishes Lakshmi and Akshat Goes Missing in “Mangal Lakshmi” on July 28, 2024: In the episode of “Mangal Lakshmi” aired on July 28, 2024, the story starts with Shanti asking Bhushan if he has called for an auto. Lipika mentions she will come in a cab. Shanti notices a bracelet on Lipika’s hand and asks where she got it. Lipika claims Adit gifted it to her. Shanti is puzzled and questions why Adit would give Lipika such a gift. Lipika makes up an excuse. Bhushan then tells Lipika and Shanti that they need to leave for Adit’s house.

As guests arrive at Adit’s house, Mangal’s maternal family is among them. Kusum notices the bracelet on Lipika’s hand and inquires about it. Shanti reveals that Adit gave it to Lipika. Kusum questions Adit, who fabricates a reason, saying he rarely buys anything for Lipika and asks Kusum to allow her to keep it. Reluctantly, Kusum agrees.
Karthik’s family also arrives at Adit’s house. Sudesh asks Umesh where Gayatri and Lakshmi are. Umesh responds that they went to the parlour. Gayatri arrives at Adit’s house after some time, and Mangal immediately asks about Lakshmi. Gayatri lies, saying Lakshmi is experiencing stomach pain and is resting at home.
Concerned, Mangal video calls Lakshmi to check on her. Lakshmi, adhering to Gayatri’s orders, lies about her stomach pain, hiding the truth from Mangal. The scene flashes back to Gayatri commanding Lakshmi not to attend any functions of Mangal and Adit. Lakshmi, puzzled, asks why she is being punished. Gayatri angrily blames Lakshmi for Mangal’s earlier confrontation with Karthik.
Karthik notices Mangal’s sadness due to Lakshmi’s absence and video calls Lakshmi to show her the Pooja. He sets his phone on a table, ensuring she can see everything.
Meanwhile, Sowmya’s parents are furious with her for not introducing the guy she likes. They threaten to break ties with her if she doesn’t bring him to meet them. Distressed, Sowmya calls Adit, but he doesn’t answer as he is busy with the Pooja. The pandit requests that everyone put their phones aside to avoid distractions, and Karthik collects them.
During the Pooja, Lakshmi notices Akshat falling into a box, which then gets closed. Panicking, she tries to call everyone, but no one answers. Determined to help, Lakshmi rushes to Adit’s house.
After the Pooja, everyone realizes that Akshat is missing and begins to search for him. Mangal breaks down in tears, unable to find Akshat. Just then, Lakshmi arrives and rescues Akshat from the box. Mangal is deeply worried as Akshat is unconscious.
The episode ends with a worried Mangal and a distressed Lakshmi, leaving viewers anxious about Akshat’s condition and the unfolding drama.
