The episode of Maati Se Bandhi Dor on August 2, 2024, starts with the villagers cheering for Vaiju and Rannvijay. However, Rannvijay gets angry and bursts out at Vaiju. He notices an injury on her hand and sarcastically asks if he needs to take care of it too. Vaiju, undeterred, applies mud on her wound, saying it is enough for her.
Farmers call Vaiju and Rannvijay to inform them that her idea for grafting sugarcane has worked. This method helps grow more crops in the same area while saving water and fertilizers. Vaiju, a farmer herself, acknowledges the value of this success. When the farmers ask about her land, she admits she had to sell it but is confident she will get it back someday. In gratitude, the farmers gift her a bag of sugar, but she only takes a pinch. Seeing this, Rannvijay smiles.
The farmers then ask Vaiju to tie Rakhi to all of them, declaring her as their sister, making Rannvijay their brother-in-law. They announce they will no longer strike and will continue supplying products to his mill. The village headman tells Rannvijay he is lucky to have Vaiju as his wife. Rannvijay thanks Vaiju for her help, pleased that he can finally return to Jaya.
Meanwhile, Jaktab, harboring ill intentions, plans to hurt Rannvijay and positions himself with a gun aimed at his car. Jaktab and his men begin following Rannvijay and Vaiju. Aaji, noticing the day’s series of good news, sees Vaiju looking sad and asks why. Vaiju recalls Rannvijay saying he can return to Jaya finally. Jaktab plans an attack on Rannvijay and Vaiju at night.
As they travel, Vaiju notices Rannvijay’s foot bleeding and offers to bandage it. Rannvijay tries to use his handkerchief, but Vaiju insists on using her saree. Aaji comments on seeing a softness in Vaiju behind her strength. Vaiju’s friend teases her about Rannvijay’s good looks. Rannvijay videocalls Jaya, expressing how much he misses her. Aaji decides to talk to Rannvijay and sends Vaiju to bring him milk. She asks Vaiju’s friends if they have decorated their room.
Upon seeing the decorated bedroom, Rannvijay is shocked and misinterprets the situation. He accuses Vaiju of trying to make him forget Jaya. Vaiju, hurt by his accusations, tries to leave, stating she doesn’t know who decorated the room. Rannvijay harshly tells her she is not his wife, but her younger sister, Jaya, is. Vaiju, emotional and angry, lights the bed on fire, asserting she would never take away Jaya’s rights.
The episode ends with Vaiju declaring to Rannvijay that she will never try to take Jaya’s place. The preview hints at Rannvijay leaving for his house, only to be attacked by Jaktab’s men.
