The Supreme Court has rejected the petition filed in the case of alleged notes at the house of Justice Yashwant Verma of Delhi High Court. The petition hearing was held in the Supreme Court on Friday. The bench of Justice Abhay S Oak and Justice Ujjal Bhuiyan denied the petition, refusing the hearing on the petition by Supreme Court lawyer Matthew Nedumpara. Explain that in this petition, it was demanded that Delhi Police should be instructed to register an FIR in the case of alleged cash at the house of Justice Yashwant Verma.

There is no justification for forming a committee- lawyer

The petition of advocate Matthew Nedumpara said that there is no justification for the Supreme Court for forming a committee of 3 judges in this case. The police should now take action of investigation. The petition demanded a directive to take effective and meaningful action to the government to take effective and meaningful action to prevent corruption at all levels of the judiciary, demanding the re -laps that was lapsed.

Inquayi in house is running- Supreme Court

While hearing the case, Justice Oak of the Supreme Court has said that the entire case is running inquay. CJI will take a decision after his report. The Supreme Court said that a public interest litigation for filing an FIR against Justice Yashwant Verma has already been filed as an internal investigation is going on. If they are found guilty in internal investigation, CJI will have the option to direct the FIR to register or recommend the government to remove them.

There is no basis for interfering in investigation- Supreme Court

Advocate Matthew Nedumpara questioned- “The common man is asking the question that why the FIR was not recorded when the money was received?” The Supreme Court has said that the investigation in this case is in progress. Today there is no basis for interfering in it. Right now in house inquiry is running. There can be many options after the report. The court said that such a demand cannot be considered on this stage.
