According to the information, many districts including Kanpur, Bahraich, Santakbirnagar have received light to moderate rainfall. Kanpur has received strong rains in the morning. People have got relief from the heat due to rain.
Actually, the weather has changed due to western disturbance in Uttar Pradesh. Due to this, light rain is raining somewhere. This can reduce the effect of the scorching heat in the north-west and central India for the last one week.
Meteorological Department has released rain alert
According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), rain and light showers are expected on Thursday in several districts of both western and eastern areas of the state. The rainy season is expected to continue for the next two to three days, which can provide some relief from the heat. However, meteorologists have warned that this relief will be for a short time. After April 13, the weather will once again dry and warm.
Strong winds will run with rain
According to the Meteorological Department, light rain is expected in some parts of western UP on Thursday, as well as strong winds with thunder and electricity at a speed of 20-30 km per hour. The same weather is expected to remain in the eastern region. There is also a possibility of thunder and lightning in some areas. People can cause problems due to strong winds. On Friday and Saturday, there is a possibility of rain in many districts with thunderstorms and strong winds.

It is raining in UP today or there is a possibility of rain, among them Baghpat, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Shamli, Saharanpur, Bijnor, Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Badanyu, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Hardoi, Sitapur, Barabanki, Lucknow, Unnao, Kanpur Nagar, Rae Bareli, Ambadya, Ambedkar Nagar, Sultanpur, Jaunpur, Pratapgarh, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi, Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia, Ghazipur, Chandauli and Sonbhadra are included.
