Each team can select a 15 -member squad as 90–90 players have been allocated in both men and women. The International Cricket Council includes 12 full members in Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies and Zimbabwe. Apart from this, 94 countries are associate members. The Olympic 2028 way of qualifying in cricket has not been confirmed yet.
On the other hand, if the US gets direct admission due to being a host country, then it will make its place in every class through qualification. It is also a question of who will represent the West Indies, as the Caribbean’s islands participate in the Olympic Games as different countries, as they do in the Commonwealth Games.
