According to trusted Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR, Epic Games mentioned ‘(2005) God of War’ in a new survey. These surveys often hint at upcoming collaborations, so if Epic is planning to add Young Kratos to Fortnite, there couldn’t be a better time than in a season themed around Greek mythology.
Kratos first graced Fortnite over three years ago, back in Chapter 2 Season 5. The Greek god of strength and power made his debut with his own Outfit and various cosmetics inspired by the famous franchise. His introduction coincided with the release of PlayStation’s God of War Ragnarok, and he quickly became a fan-favorite among the community, who have been clamoring for his return ever since.
While Epic Games hasn’t officially confirmed that Kratos will be returning as his younger self, ‘Young Kratos’, there’s a high chance it might happen. After all, Epic Games’ Chief Creative Officer and Fortnite loremaster Charlie Wen is the designer behind this version of the skin.
With the theme also rumored to be Greek mythology, it seems like the perfect opportunity for a Young Kratos comeback.
