The statistics of the RAA Saxony also include cases that are not displayed by the police – for example because the victims fear discriminatory treatment of authorities. In the case of anti -Semitic crimes, it will not be differentiated as to whether the perpetrators act from right -wing extremists or Islamist attitudes, it said when asked. Between both there is a “essential welfare,” said Hübler. “For us, the motive that speaks from the crime is not necessarily the self -location of the perpetrator.”
