The employer filed an appeal to the resolution of the CSD that granted the license to the two players of Barça and this Thursday, the Administrative Contentious Court, has denied the precautionary that requested the temporary suspension of both licenses.
“We understand that the resolution seriously violates the regulatory framework in the field of economic control and processing of sports licenses, undermined the general interest of the competition and compromises its integrity, when breaking the principle of equality between clubs,” says the league in a statement.
