There is a ruckus from Patna to Delhi over the special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign for the voter list in Bihar. Meanwhile, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav has given a big statement saying that “We (all parties of the Grand Alliance) can consider election boycott. We have this option.” This statement of Tejashwi Yadav has created a stir in Bihar politics, especially before the upcoming assembly elections, it is being seen as a big political sign.
Reacting to this, BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy said, “Tejashwi Yadav has talked about boycott, but did not say which elections are being talked about. Perhaps they have realized that the RJD and the Grand Alliance will have to face completely defeat, or they are only making political statements.”

Rudy further said, “Tejashwi is a serious leader, and if he is saying so, it means that he sees his defeat.” There is no clear response from the Grand Alliance to this statement of Tejashwi Yadav so far, but this statement has come at a time when the opposition is an attacker on the central government on issues such as unemployment, ethnic census, and alleged discrimination with the state.
