The Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024 is back with a bang, boasting a total prize pool of Rs. 20,000,000 (approximately $240,000). This year’s tournament promises to be bigger and better, with an open-for-all format that invites both established teams and underdogs to compete for the championship.

Prize Pool Breakdown
The top teams will be handsomely rewarded, with the champions taking home a whopping 60 lakh rupees ($72,600 USD). But the rewards don’t stop there! BGIS also recognizes individual talent with awards for Most Valuable Player (MVP), Most Finishes, Lone Survivor, and Rampage, each receiving 1 lakh rupees ($1,210 USD).

Registration and Format
All players who are above Level 25 and Platinum V tier or above can register for the tournament. Each team must have four players each. The last date for registrations is March 31, 2024.
The BGIS will kick off with ‘The Grind’ where top invited teams will get a chance to compete for a spot in the latter stages of the tournament. The schedule is as follows:
- The Grind: April 4 to 28
- BGIS Qualifier Rounds 2023: May 2 to 26
- Wildcard Entry: May 30 to June 2
- Semifinals Week 1: June 4 to 9
- Semifinals Week 2: June 13 to 16
- Grand Finals: June 28 to 30
