Material for making Sattu laddus
To make laddus, you have to take about 1 cup of gram. For this, take half a cup of jaggery or sugar. Take a quarter cup desi ghee and about one teaspoon of cardamom powder. You can add any dry fruits of your choice like pistachios, almonds, cashews and raisins in the nuts.
Sattu’s Laddus Recipe
step 1- First of all, put Sattu in a pan and fry it lightly. If you want, you can fry Sattu like this or fry it by adding ghee like gram flour. We are roasting Sattu here. When the scent starts coming from Sattu, then understand that Sattu has roasted.
Step-2- Now let the sattu cool slightly and add ground sugar or jaggery to it. Now add cardamom powder and then add ghee and mix all the things well. Prepare a good batter for laddus. Now prepare small laddus from Sattu. Paste finely chopped nuts over the laddus. If you want, you can also mix nuts in a mixture of laddus. Tasty laddus of Sattu are ready, you can easily eat them for 15 days.
