Jair Bolsonaro’s absence at today’s Supreme Court (STF) trial has generated a series of speculation and rumors, including rumors that the former president was afraid of being arrested or the target of a determination for the use of an electronic anklet at the end of the complaint session.
In response to speculation, Bolsonaro reacted with irony. “A lot of creativity,” commented the former president, making sure about the rumors circulating on social networks and between journalists.

Although not present at the court, Bolsonaro accompanied the trial from the office of his son, Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ), in the Senate. The former president said he intends to meet with journalists about 30 minutes after the end of the session to clarify his positions on the process.
