Therefore, they state that to continue advancing in this objective, the education and research of terrorism and its consequences within the higher education classrooms are essential. «The Junta de Castilla y León encourages, through these awards, knowledge in this matter and delegitimation of ideological projects that serve or serve as justification for the exercise of violence. In addition, these awards place in the foreground the understanding of the suffering suffered by the victims and respect for their memory, ”they point out.

As reported by the Mañueco government, for the assessment of the candidacies, the inclusion of direct testimonies of terrorism, their relatives, or members of the State Security Forces and Bodies or Penitentiary Institutions, in relation to their intervention or experience in anti -terrorist actions. In addition, they will positively score the works related to victims of Castilian and Leon origin, or with terrorist acts perpetrated within the territory of the community. The awards for winning works will go from 500 to 3,500 eurosdepending on the category in which they are presented. All details will be offered at the time of the publication of the call.
