Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has once again requested India to take a soft stand. He said on Wednesday that his country is ready for a meaningful dialogue with India to resolve all pending issues. Sharif made this comment during a conversation with British High Commissioner Jane Marriott.

Actually, Jane Marriott reached the Prime Minister’s residence in Pakistan. During this, he met Shahbaz Sharif. Both discussed in detail the regional situation of South and West Asia along with bilateral relations. Shahbaz mentioned Britain’s help in reducing tension during the Pakistan-India deadlock. However, they kept avoiding that the army of his country had succumbed to India. He reiterated that Pakistan is ready for a meaningful dialogue with India on all pending issues.

‘Operation Sindoor’ broke Pakistan’s waist

In response to the Pahalgam terror attack, India started Operation Sindoor on 7 May targeting terrorist structures in Pakistan -controlled areas. After these attacks, there was a fierce struggle for four days. After this, on May 10, it was agreed to stop military action between the two countries. Troubled by India’s curious reply, Pakistan had pleaded for a ceasefire with the Indian Army.
