The Supreme Court on Monday made important remarks about matrimonial matters. The court said that in such cases the secret recording of husband and wife’s conversation can be accepted in the court as evidence. Rejecting the decision of the Punjab-Haryana High Court, the court said that there is evidence that the husband and wife keep an eye on each other that the marriage is not going strong. Therefore, recording can be used in judicial proceedings.
