Due to the active monsoon in Jammu division, the weather patterns will be disturbed again from July 14 to 17. During this period, heavy rain has been warned at some places. Reasi, Udhampur, Jammu, Samba and Kathua districts of Jammu division will be affected more. In bad weather, there will be a risk of floods, landslides and stone falling from the mountains. There will also be a change in weather in Kashmir.

There was a thunderous atmosphere in Jammu on Sunday afternoon, but the weather remained clear till late evening. The mercury of the day was recorded slightly from normal to 34.1 and the minimum temperature was 25.3 degrees Celsius.

The maximum temperature was recorded at 29.6 in Banihal, 26.1 in Batot, 31.6 in Katra and 21.9 degrees Celsius in Bhadarwah. The capital Srinagar recorded a maximum temperature of 31.6 and the minimum temperature was 18.5 degrees Celsius. Maximum mercury was recorded at 27.5 in Pahalgam and 21.4 degrees Celsius in Gulmarg.
