On the morning of August 7, 2024, tensions were high in the household. Adit and Ishana were unhappy to find Kusum had made Upma for breakfast. They didn’t want to eat it. Kusum insisted they should eat. Akshat joined them, saying he was ready to go. Adit was curious about their plans. Kusum explained that she and Akshat were heading out to invite guests for their anniversary party. Adit thought it was unnecessary since Mangal was confined to a wheelchair. However, Kusum was determined to celebrate. She left with Akshat to invite guests. Adit, still craving good food, decided to eat at his office.

Mangal was busy cleaning the table when she accidentally turned on the speaker. The noise drew Adit’s attention. He approached Mangal, making her feel guilty for not preparing the family’s food. Mangal tried to explain, but Adit didn’t listen. As he scolded her, he suddenly fell unconscious. Mangal panicked and called for Ishana, but Ishana was dancing with her headphones on and couldn’t hear.
Desperate, Mangal tried to get water for Adit. In the process, she fell from her chair, reopening her wound. Ignoring her pain, she focused on reviving Adit. Meanwhile, Ishana was video calling Sowmya to show her dance steps. Sowmya mentioned the video was unclear.
Mangal managed to use an inhaler on Adit, helping him regain consciousness. Worried, Mangal asked if he was okay. Adit assured her he was fine and called for Ishana. Seeing Mangal’s injury, he was concerned and asked if she was hurt again. Mangal said she hadn’t thought of her injury while worrying about him. Adit lifted Mangal and called for Ishana again. Ishana finally came and was scolded for not hearing them. Adit instructed her to set up the wheelchair and made Mangal sit in it. Sowmya, still on the video call, observed everything and thought Adit and Mangal were getting closer. Adit told Ishana to call the doctor immediately, stressing that Mangal’s health was also important.
Elsewhere, Lakshmi brought Gayatri’s favorite food. Gayatri, however, asked Indu, the servant, to eat it. Karthik watched this from a distance. He then asked Lakshmi to bring his tiffin, and she complied.
Karthik confronted Gayatri, asking why she was upset with him after initially wanting him to marry Lakshmi. He admitted that what happened at Mangal’s house was his fault and pleaded with Gayatri to stop blaming Lakshmi. Lakshmi then brought the food and asked Gayatri to try it. Gayatri brushed it aside and requested Lakshmi to perform a Vrath (fast) for Karthik. Lakshmi agreed, despite Gayatri reminding her of its difficulty. Lakshmi promised to do it with full devotion. Sanjana overheard their conversation and decided to sabotage Lakshmi’s Vrath.
Back at home, Kusum commented on Adit’s sickness. Adit received a call from Sowmya, pretending it was a client. He mentioned having work to do. Mangal reminded him of his health, and Adit said his blood pressure dropped because he hadn’t eaten. Kusum asked why he hadn’t eaten his tiffin, and Adit complained it was too spicy.
Adit learned from Mangal that Ishana had gone to a friend’s house for group study and a project. He dismissed it as an excuse for kids to play. Meanwhile, Ishana was actually at Sowmya’s house, practicing dance. Neha, Ishana’s friend, came looking for her at Mangal’s house. Mangal said Ishana had gone to Neha’s house for a project, but Neha revealed that Ishana hadn’t come.
