On August 4th, 2024, the episode of “Main Hoon Saath Tere” begins with Janvi asking Anushka to sit on the couch while she gets water for her. Anushka seems troubled and Janvi is trying to comfort her. Aryaman then takes Anushka to the Bundela hotel, which alarms Janvi. She follows them and questions Aryaman about why he brought Anushka there. Aryaman explains that Anushka will be staying at the hotel from now on, assuring her that all her needs will be met there.
Anushka, distressed, asks Aryaman if he is separating her from her son, Kian. Aryaman tries to calm her by saying she can still meet Kian, but only for short periods. Anushka, heartbroken, pleads with Janvi to convince Aryaman not to take her away from her son, feigning chest pain to emphasize her distress. Janvi asks her to calm down and reassures her.
Janvi then confronts Aryaman, insisting that Anushka cannot stay at the hotel. She tells Anushka to go to her room so she can discuss the matter privately with Aryaman. Anushka volunteers to perform the Pooja, but Aryaman objects, insisting that Janvi should do it. Janvi, however, agrees with Anushka, saying it is tradition for the biological mother to perform the Pooja. Brij Bhushan supports Janvi’s decision.
Later, Janvi decides to secretly perform the Pooja for Kian. Aryaman, suspicious of her actions, questions why she is pretending not to do the Pooja. Meanwhile, Anushka has her own plans. She tampers with a five-step Aarthi to win Kian’s affection. During the Pooja, Anushka asks Janvi to fetch the Aarthi. Janvi notices that the oil is about to spill, but before she can react, Anushka makes sure it falls on Janvi’s hand, burning her.
Janvi questions Anushka about her actions. Anushka responds by highlighting how Janvi is helping her get closer to Kian. Kian, witnessing the incident, is impressed by Anushka’s concern and becomes closer to her. He takes Anushka with him to apply ice to her burn.
