MLB The Show 24 is bringing excitement to the All-Star Week in 2024. From July 12 to July 16, players and fans can enjoy a variety of events and activities both in-game and in real life.
The new season brings lots of fresh content. Players can now unlock new Flashback player items and the Hall of Fame Series Boss Choice Pack. This includes legends like Derek Jeter, Frank Thomas, and Bob Gibson. Season 2 started on June 7, offering Head Start Rewards and double XP throughout the weekend. Players can earn XP through various game modes, such as 3-inning and 9-inning games, unlocking rewards like Hall of Famers Ken Griffey Jr., Roy Halladay, and Chipper Jones.
All-Star Week Events
The 2024 All-Star Week will take place in Arlington, Texas, marking the second time the Texas Rangers have hosted the event. The schedule includes the HBCU Swingman Classic on July 12, the All-Star Futures Game and Celebrity Softball on July 13, and the T-Mobile Home Run Derby on July 15. The main event, the MLB All-Star Game, will be held on July 16 at Globe Life Field.
Hall of Fame Activities
In addition to in-game content, MLB The Show 24 will celebrate Hall of Fame activities. Players can participate in Moments and Missions that honor the careers of the Hall of Fame Class of 2024. This adds a nostalgic and educational element to the game, allowing players to relive iconic moments from baseball history.

For those attending the All-Star Week in Texas, MLB The Show will have a booth at Globe Life Field. Fans can try out the game and even win prizes. This engagement aims to enhance the fan experience by bridging the gap between virtual and real-life baseball events.
Special Programs and Collectibles
The Season 2 update also includes the Architects Program, launching on June 11. This program allows players to earn four Diamond players that fit the new Season 2 Cornerstone Captain team builds. Additionally, the Season 2 Collection features Legends and Flashback player items, rewarding players with unique in-game collectibles.
