The story begins with Kaashvi, who sneezes and tells the guests to stay away from her as she is unwell. Nitya instructs Kaashvi to remove her veil, but Kaashvi, feeling uneasy, says she is going to the washroom and runs away. Nitya starts to wonder if Meera is behind this situation to embarrass her. Romila, observing the scene, tells Isha that it seems someone else is hiding under the veil. Kaashvi, meanwhile, decides not to go back to the hall.

After some time, Meera descends the stairs. Romila speculates that Meera is not the one behind the veil. Nitya insists that such confusion would never occur in her house. To clear the doubt, Romila urges Nitya to unveil Meera. Nitya complies and reveals Meera’s face, confirming her presence. Meera recalls entering the house through the back door and meeting Kaashvi.
