Chile Paneer Maggie Magi

  • Maggi – 2 packets
  • Paneer – 100 grams (chopped)
  • Onion, capsicum – (finely chopped)
  • Green Chilli – 1 (Finely chopped)
  • Garlic – 3 to 4 buds (chopped)
  • Tomato, Soya, Red Chili Sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 1 as required
  • Coriander- 2 buds garnished

Chile Paneer Maggi Recipe

  • First heat oil in the pan. Then add garlic, green chillies and onion and fry it till it turns light red.
  • Then add capsicum and cheese pieces to it and let it cook a little.
  • Now add soy, chile and tomato sauce and mix well.
  • After this, add a cup of water, then add Maggi and Maggi Masala and mix well.
  • Cook the Maggi well till the water dries.
  • Now your hot chilli paneer maggi is ready, take it out in a plate and serve it with green coriander.
